Quirky, different, extravagant, surreal and more - all this applies to the new Fall/Winter 2014 collection from Senegalese designer Selly Raby Kane. The title of her latest work: Alien Cartoon Collection. The inspiration behind the garments according to the press release: "A reflection on an Invaded African city, where naive and fantastic creatures would evolve among Human beings." The concept of the images was created by Senegalese photographer Omar Victor Diop.
I really like the red hairstyle - very unique. Also the cardigans are cool - I just wouldn't wear them how they are showcased below and drop the stone-washed denim, add a belt and some heels.
