DIY Furniture Restoration with African Prints

My friend Helene Abiola from "Bon Vivant and a Budget" is a woman of many talents. Thus I wasn't too surprised when she told me that she and her friend Amy would participate in a pilot for an HGTV Show about restoring furniture. They used African Mod Cloth to upholster 4 dining chairs and another really cool but subtle print for a small arm chair - just right for the size of a NYC apartment. Yesterday, Saturday the 20th of July, they sold their designs at The Antiques Garage Flea Market in Chelsea, NYC.

How do you like the restored furniture? I really liked the arm chair but friends were not allowed to buy stuff according to HGTV guidelines and we didn't want to be cheaters.
